Water Main Break in Northwest D.C. May Affect Campus
May 17, 2017

[May 17, 2017; 4:30 p.m.] DC Water has informed the university of a 30 inch water main break at MacArthur & Q Streets which is affecting water pressure to portions of Northwest, D.C. Some campus buildings on the Foggy Bottom campus including Duques and Ross halls have reported low water pressure and issues including flushing of toilets.

The university continues to be open and operating under a normal schedule. DC Water has not provided a time estimate for repairs. If the repairs that DC Water needs to make will further disrupt campus buildings, the university will provide an update here on Campus Advisories.
