On Friday, January 24th, 2020, the March for Life Expo will take place in and around the Renaissance Washington DC hotel and the Capital Area.
The Smithsonian Metrorail Station will be closed on Friday, January 24, 2020 due to the March For Life event from 5:00AM to early afternoon. During this time, all Orange, Blue and Silver line trains will pass through Smithsonian Station without stopping. The public should expect parking restrictions along the street and should be guided by the posted emergency no parking signage. All vehicles that are parked in violation of the emergency no parking signs will be ticketed and towed.
