On Thursday, February 19, 2026, a special event will be hosted at the United States Institute of Peace causing significant impacts to on campus traffic.

23rd Street will be closed from E Street, NW to Lincoln Memorial Circle, NW beginning at 5:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. GW community members can expect to see significant road closures and traffic in and around the Foggy Bottom campus, with the potential to impact the morning commute.
