The President of the United States will deliver the annual State of the Union Address on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 9:00 pm.
While we do not expect impacts to GW campuses, there will be road closures around the Capitol and the National Mall beginning at 5:30 PM on March 1. For a complete list of road closures, please visit the United States Capitol Police website or the DC Police Traffic Twitter account.
There are no known First Amendment activities expected to impact the areas around campus at this time. For up to date information, follow the DC HSEMA website or Twitter.
