Climate change demonstrators are planning a coordinated event in the District to drop banners over overpasses. Starting at approximately 5AM, road, bridge and possibly metro transportation infrastructure may be disrupted by demonstrations. Organizers plan to gather at 8:30 a.m., after the event, on Washington Circle.
