  • Designated on-site personnel, including the Research community, should contact their supervisors for reporting instructions.
  • Any student with clinical responsibilities should check with their clinical supervisor for further instruction.  If any student with clinical responsibilities believes that the conditions are unsafe and are not able to make it in, please let your resident, attending physician, or clinical instructor know.
  • Move-in will continue as scheduled for those students who have pre-approval and cannot adjust their schedule. Campus Living & Residential Education has provided those students more detail in a separate email.

The National Weather Service (NWS) predicts that cold temperatures tonight will cause any melted snow to refreeze on all untreated surfaces.

GW Emergency Management will continue to monitor the weather forecast for our campuses.
