The District of Columbia is under a Winter Weather advisory until 9 am Tuesday morning. There will be a mix of rain/sleet/snow for the next couple of hours as temperatures hover around 33 degrees then it will transition to rain. Sleet accumulation of an 1” to an 1.3” is possible on unpaved surfaces.
The university will remain at its current operational status of limited in-person activities. Those who do have to travel in the morning should allow extra time to reach their destination and travel cautiously. Our dedicated facilities team members will work overnight to treat the paved surfaces on our DC and Virginia campuses for your safety.
